Having a go at a part time job at during your uni days will also prove very useful for you.
To find the right job and to pull the right strings you can also employ your skills at networking for instance you know some alumina who is working in an organization of your choice, so, you could ask them to explain the job to you. If you don’t have any work experience from graduation days and the job of your choice demands work experience then go and get some by working for volunteer organizations etc.
Work experience and specialized skills are a big plus point in any CV and most recruiters prefer people with them. Skills remember are transferable and any activity that you undertake in your personal life can tell a lot about your skills. Don’t get disheartened if you don’t have experience from the same field as you want a job in. Work experience in any industry can be talked off at the interview and the recruiter can know your skills from it.
