Political Issues that could make a difference to your job!

There are often quite a lot of policies introduced by the government that tend to threaten our careers. These policies could have a direct bearence on our self sustenance and therefore when the time of elections arises we should be citizens who are aware of all these factors before we actually cast our votes.

For instance what is the take of the candidates who are standing for the elections on higher education? Are they planning to implement any new policies regarding availability of higher education easily to all people? Will they make any education policies that are beneficial for the people in general?

How are they placed on civil rights? Will people be treated according to their capability in work and not based on their religion or whatever differentiating standard? Will there be equal treatment at the place of work and otherwise in social life too?

Is there adequate emphasis being given on families by the candidates? How are they devising the structure of leaves etc, can the people look after their families well? Are there any special benefits being provided for child care by the candidates? Family is an important constituent of the society and adequate importance needs to be given to it.

How are the policies of the candidate going to help the economy in becoming stronger? The stronger the economy, the lesser the rate of unemployment. Is the candidate whom you are planning to vote for going to introduce any changes in the employment sector so that more and more people can have a means of living?

Not just higher education is important but the basic education from the primary to the senior level is very important as it lays down the basis of our nation’s work force. The quality of this education provided needs to be such that in the future the nation receives a good work force.

Is the rate of outsourcing going to be reduced in some way? This is because if the jobs are outsourced then there will be fewer jobs for our countrymen. This process will leave are country floundering at the rate it is going on.

New and marketable skills are very important so will the people who want to come to power introduce any new job training opportunities that will benefit the workers of all industries? These are some of the prime considerations to be kept in mind before you cast your vote.
