Our BPO Partners are looking for exceptionally talented Professionals with the following Requirement : Technical Support (Voice) Location Bangalore Work experience: Relevant Technical Support Exp:min 6 months - 5 Years Excellent communication skill in English Is a 'MUST' Night shift Mandatory Qualification and Experience Required: Any Bachelor Degree fresher/experienced. Diploma Holder/ 2nd PUC (with min 2 years experience in the technical field); Basics of Computers including Operating Systems, hardware and internet . Basic PC Hardware / A+ Certification /MCSE/CCNA/ MCDST Certification 90 days will be added advantage Exposure to technical support trouble shooting in international call centers will be an added advantage.
