Job Description:
About Phone Banking Dept: We are the Corporate Service Division i.e. the Investigations Service Desk for all Corporate customers. The customers avail of Products or rather utilise the service facilities from the Bank for products such as Cash Management, Trade, Account Services, Mutual Funds, Funds Transfer, FI Relations, Forex, Clearing. These customers call up CitiService (Phone Banking and Investigations) for any post transactional queries relating to any of these products. They can be related to Processing detail, status inquiries, Taxation related refunds done or write offs taken for customers, interpostings etc. We also recommend rectification journal entries in the customer account. Online team: The candidate shall have to take Corporate customer calls (anywhere between 40-80), handle email queries coming to a common drop, addrress quick kill queries (like account balance certificate, account statements etc).

Desired Profile:
Candidate Profile: Bachelors degree in commerce, Management or equivalent experience 6 month to 4 years experience in similar profile(Phone Banking) Should have good customer service and communication skills. Experience in Banking or Financial Industry preferred. Should have strong analytical skills. . Candidate should be from Mumbai only . MBA, MMS & CA need not apply. Salary Package: CTC of INR 1.5 lakh to 4 Lakh Pls note that designations/ positions offered with whatever weightage are based on relevant work experience.
