Job Description:
We are a mobile software product development company and we need customer support executives to support our end mobile user who use our product. The operations require to directly interact with end consumer, operator customer support teams, back end technical team. No Of positions open - 2 (1 - Customer support Executive, 1 - Sr. Customer Support Executive) The job role would include: 1)Speaking to customers over the phone and answering their queries online for support of software mobile poduct. 2)The candidates will have to be very patient, energetic and responsible while speaking to their customers. 3)Working times are 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM Monday through Saturday. 4)Basic computer skills - Microsoft Office - Excel Sheet, must. 5)Multilanguage skills(Indian languages) other than ENglish will be added advantage. 6)Sr. Customer Care reps should have the ability to handle multiple products support, integrate/support/manage processe/functionalities with technical team. Job location: Hyderabad (Secunderabad Area)
