Oracle India Pvt Ltd provides an excellent opportunity for call center executives(Voice Support) to cater services globally,prefer to North American Markets.. JOB REQUIREMENT : * Graduates with excellent communication skills(Written & Verbal). * 1 to 3 years of work Experience in call center. * Okay relocating to Bangalore. * Possess good analytical and reporting skills * Exposure to US & EMEA markets providing Voice Support. * Willingness to work with US timings. * The position is based in Bangalore and immediate JOB DESCRIPTION : - To Work with Oracle customers and employees to resolve invoicing and related issues in order to accelerate cash collections and meet departmental goals. - Researches customer accounts to provide historical data and/or general information. - Compile backup documentation to support overpayments and/or discrepancies. - Assist analysts in performing credit evaluations on Oracle customers, working with legal to resolve credit issues.
